Saggy Skin
Saggy Skin can affect our whole body as we age. Concerns often focus on the face, neck and décolletage and include droopy eyelids and brows, loss of definition around the cheekbones, marionette lines and the development of jowls.
What causes saggy skin?
Saggy skin is caused by a reduction in skin elasticity and skin volume. Reduced collagen production caused by aging is the underlying cause and can be impacted by diet, exercise, sun exposure, smoking, weight loss and your skincare routine.
How can you treat saggy skin?
Depending on each individual person different treatments will be recommended.
Botulinum Toxin Injections
Temporarily prevents muscle movement to reducing repetitive facial movements, a key cause of the development of fine lines and wrinkles.
Dermal Fillers
Adds volume to dermal layers, plumping up skin to stretch skin and therefore diminish fine line and wrinkles
Polynucleotides (Ameela)
Deeply hydrates, stimulates collagen production, firms the skin, and reduces free radical damage
Alumier Skincare
A medical grade skincare range which includes high performance retinols and vitamin C and SPFs
Harmonyca (Biostimulator)
Allergan’s first hybrid bio stimulating product. It contains calcium microspheres which support the body’s own collagen production deep within the dermis to form a scaffold for internal growth of fibroblasts
